1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Indeyx provides services including but not limited to:

  • Graphic Design

  • Web Development

  • Branding

  • Social Media Content

  • Explainer Videos

  • Pitch Deck Creation

  • Email Marketing

  • 3D designing

  • digital marketing

  • social media management

  • promo post designing 

  • Business consultation

  • Business automation

  • monthly social media management subscription

All services are offered under custom agreements and require acceptance of a project quote and our payment policy.

3. Project Process & Communication

Once a service inquiry is made:

  • We assess the project and share a custom quote.

  • Communication will take place primarily via email or Slack.

  • Once the quote is approved, we begin work only after the advance payment is received.

4. Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project.

  • The remaining 50% is due when the project is ready for delivery.

  • We accept payments via PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer (details are shared upon invoice).

  • No final files, access credentials, or project rights are transferred until full payment is made.

  • Late payments may result in delivery delays or cancellation of services.

5. Revisions & Refunds

  • Each service includes a defined number of revisions, which will be clarified before starting.

  • Major changes outside the scope of the original brief may incur additional charges.

  • We do not offer refunds once work has begun, especially after receiving the 50% advance.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, all finalized and approved project files become your property.

  • Indeyx retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your project.

  • Respond in a timely manner to communication and feedback requests.

  • Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes.

8. Data Privacy

We only retain personal or project-related data for the duration of the project. After final delivery, all project files and client data are deleted unless we’re required to retain it for recordkeeping.

9. Limitation of Liability

Indeyx shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by client inaction or late responses

  • Damages resulting from the misuse or alteration of delivered files

  • Losses arising from third-party service failures (e.g., hosting, domain, email)

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce or redistribute our website content

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website

  • Use the site to send spam, malware, or harmful content

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in local courts within our jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site or services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
